You Don't Get the Joke; Do you?

We're now strapping in for the vice presidential debates. Oh boy, this should prove to be a good one. Maybe one of the best. Everyone is focused on Governor Palin to see if and when she is going to screw up. That makes it easy for Senator Biden because he's screwed up already.

Here's a guy that a major majority of Americans didn't want to put in the White House for countless in the past primary elections and now they don't care if he's a heartbeat away from the presidency. Just remember if you sniff the milk and it's spoiled; putting it back into the refrigerator won't make it better. Another point is that a loose cannon is a loose cannon; no matter how you slice it. There are no degrees of how loose a cannon can be before it is loose.

Frankly, my eyes are on Senator Biden. I'm curious to see what the Vegas line is on the over/under of how many times he can stick his foot in his mouth during the debate. I'm thinking perhaps under 4 and over 8.

One other point that I'd like to make is that Governor Palin is the only one in this election with previous executive experience. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. Also, she hasn't had an extended career of bull shitting the American people. I rather have her one heartbeat away from being president. If you need someone to handle foreign affairs; you find a great secretary of state. So stop already with her lack of foreign policy.

And this tops it for me. The ultra liberal (i.e. communist) press is making sure that they point out Palin's every mistake while they seem to pass on Senator Biden's lack of knowledge in United States history. But perhaps the press doesn't know who was president when the depression started (it wasn't FDR....it begins with a Hoo and ends with a ver) and the fact that he didn't deliver his address on television.

Look through the rhetoric (if anyone from the press is reading this, I know that rhetoric is a big word. It is the art of speaking eloquently; of being commanding and persuasive. Oops! More big words. Just grab a dictionary) America. Look at the real issues and who will lead us through this mess. Just remember that about 1/3 of the vice presidents became president.
